Parking sticker for disabled persons

Responsibility: Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec

You must return the disabled parking sticker to the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) and indicate that the person is deceased. When mailing the sticker, you must include the death certificate or a copy of the death declaration. Send it to the following address
